We believe that without well trained staff we cannot deliver a quality service. Therefore a lot of emphasis is put on staff training.

Each new member of staff will receive the three days mandatory training.

New staff will also receive additional training which can be accessed through online courses, and custom training as per the needs of the service user. You will then be enrolled in the QCF where a team of qualified assessors will support you as you study and complete a QCF in health and social care. All support staff with QCF level 2 and later can enroll on level 3 to enhance and develop their career in health and social care.

All new staff will have shadowing shifts with an experienced member of staff and work with the service user for hours determined by your manager. This gives you a chance to get to know the service user and decreases the stress of meeting a brand new face for them.

We currently have services in Bury, Rochdale and Oldham.
